For my webcomic, I decided to write about the vacation that my family took a couple of months after the fire. I decided to write about this because it was such a big part of my life then and it always will be. In the story, we were not having as much fun as we were the year before. We do this trip every year and our vacation home didn't feel the same. We were all sad and worried about what might happen in the future. Our family knew that we had lost our house and tried to make us feel better. They wanted to make us feel better by taking us on some trips around the area and planning activities with our family. Not much of it had worked. Our family told us that the reason we weren't having as much fun as we used to was because we had just been through the most stressful and scary event in the world. They really made us feel better. If your family doesn’t help you feel better, then I don’t know what will. Family always helps.
