I chose this moment because it changed my views on politics forever. It made me realize how much people's beliefs and opinions can cause violence and anger if people don't agree with them. I talked to my mom about the topic and she thought it was a great idea to make a webcomic about this topic. The comic is filled with a lot of emotions such as shock, sadness and fear. In the comic when my Aunt texted me telling me what happened there's a big moment of shock. Once practice ends and I learn more about it there's a lot of fear because I see that there's so much more violence happening around the world. Once I got home I was watching instagram reels and I saw people making fun of the situation. I felt very sad because Charlie had a family and kids who cared about him and now they will never be able to see him ever again. This comic relates to Persepolis because in the book there's a lot of violence because of what people believe in such as religion and culture.
