My web comic memoir is about moving my grandma from living alone in her small apartment into a larger home. It relates to the book Persepolis because it is about family and caring about and protecting the members of the family. I used very little dialogue in my web comic memoir but I think you can still understand what is happening in the story. I chose this story because it feels like it's very important to both me, and to my own life and it also relates to the book that we are reading [currently] in english class, persepolis. I very much enjoyed writing my persepolis inspired web comic memoir because it allowed me to reflect on the very experience that I was writing about at the moment, [ that being moving my grand mother to a home ] and i think that writing this web comic memoir was also very much a teaching experience for me.
